Students who are currently in their 4th year of undergraduate studies, recent graduates, and individuals with 0–2 years of work experience can apply to the program.

Please note that voluntary internship applications will be evaluated within the scope of this program.

The program will last for 10 months, taking place between October 2026 and August 2027.

The program requires a minimum of 3 working days per week.

The process begins with an AI powered English video interview.

After this step, your application is reviewed by our Human Resources team, followed by a department interview and a case study.

We review your CV, your responses to the competency based questions in the AI powered English video interview, your English proficiency, and your general ability assessment results to understand your strengths, experience, and potential.
